The XM-5000Li electric moped is about the same size, equal weight and has about 25% more torque  than the XM-3500Li electric moped. The distribution of the weight is also an important factor since the 21 batteries are small and stored low in the bike to keep the center of weight low to the ground which gives the driver more stability and control. The XM-5000Li electric moped is a DOT certified Motor Vehicle. This is Not A Toy Scooter. It is likely you will need a drivers or motorcycles license to operate this bike. Consult your local DMV for more details.
